Watermelon Moscow Mule
Watermelon Moscow Mule in Fresh/Fruit/Mint/Sweet/Kombucha
– Serves 4 –
- 1 Ripe Watermelon
- 6-8 oz Vodka
- 2 x 350ml bottles of Pep Tea brand Organic Sugar Free, Ginger Kombucha
- 2 Limes, fresh squeezed
- 1 packet of Mint Leaves, muddled
- Ice
Slice bottom of watermelon to make a flat, balanced surface. Cut top off the watermelon (about 1/4th from top) and scoop out 3/4 of fruit; set aside. Pour in vodka and ginger kombucha. Squeeze limes, slice rinds into wedges, and add mint leaves.
Stir and allow to sit for a few hours in the refrigerator, up to 12 hours. Fill mugs with ice, stir up contents of watermelon, and scoop with a ladle. The most perfect beverage for any occasion!
